Chief Accountant

We are The Visa Services, one of the fastest-growing visa service companies in the UAE. Our mission is to assist clients in obtaining visas for Schengen, the USA, Japan, China, and other countries, enabling them to travel without boundaries.
We value professionalism, responsibility, and initiative, which is why we are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to take charge of financial management, accounting transparency, and company stability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting – Developing and overseeing the company's budget execution.
• Financial Reporting – Preparing reports for shareholders, management, and government authorities.
• Payment Management – Overseeing supplier payments, client refunds, and ensuring timely salary payments to employees.
• Tax Accounting & Reporting – Ensuring the accuracy of tax calculations, preparing, and submitting reports to relevant authorities.
• Payroll Management – Calculating, processing, and ensuring the timely payment of employee salaries, including taxes and deductions.
• Cost Optimization – Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial efficiency.
• Banking & Financial Institution Relations – Managing banking transactions, working with loans, deposits, and investments.
• Accounting Department Oversight – Supervising daily activities, including key processes such as month-end and year-end closing, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow control.

Candidate Expectations:

• Knowledge of accounting standards and UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax)
• Experience in working with regulatory authorities and audits
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., 1C, Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a high sense of responsibility
• Higher education in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• Practical experience in preparing IFRS financial statements
• Over 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant
