Senior QA Lead (Dubai)

A Western web company with a portfolio of in-house crypto products is looking for a passionate QA Lead with a strong background to strengthen the team.

We expect a long-term collaboration with an energetic, proactive, and experienced professional. You should have expertise in process setup, communication, and test management. A team player with initiative and a broad user experience who is ready to share knowledge when needed.

The ideal candidate has experience in both enterprise environments and startups.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the QA team (not just management, but hands-on work as well);

• Developing and fostering a strong testing culture within the company;

• Designing and implementing manual testing methodologies;

• Performing API, integration, functional, smoke, and load testing for web applications;

• Directly testing new releases, conducting beta-testing phases with focus groups;

• Automating necessary functionality using Playwright.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software testing;

• Proven experience in QA team management;

• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies;

• Familiarity with software development tools (Git, Jira, GitLab);

• Experience in testing web and mobile applications;

• API testing expertise (Postman), experience with server-side rendering;

• Automation testing experience (Playwright) is a plus—please mention this in your application;

• English proficiency (B2–C2) is a must, as the team communicates in English.
