Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership

Oversee all core company functions: business development, sales, finance, supply chain, marketing, PR, and IT

Develop and execute long-term growth strategies

Lead planning and adjustments of revenue, sales, and budgeting

Conduct market and competitive analysis to define key advantages

Build and maintain a long-term profitability strategy
Sales Management
-
Establish a high-performing sales structure with clear KPIs
-
Digitize processes and manage sales funnels

Drive B2B and partnership sales initiatives

Lead and coach the sales team
Marketing & Brand Strategy

Develop a data-driven marketing strategy based on target audience insights

Optimize marketing channels and cut underperforming efforts

Implement digital strategies, PR, and influencer marketing

Increase brand awareness and marketing ROI
Financial Management

Budget planning and expense control
-
Analyze financial reports (P&L, cash flow, income/expense reports)

Optimize costs and improve budgeting efficiency
IT & Digital Transformation

Lead the implementation of CRM, ERP, and other IT tools

Automate reporting systems

Optimize online sales and the e-commerce platform
Team Leadership

Manage a team of 20+ employees, including 4 department heads

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams

Set KPIs and motivation systems to improve team efficiency
Operations Management

Streamline logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations

Build a superior customer service and after-sales support system

Control administrative expenses and ensure accurate tax reporting
New Business Development

Expand online and marketplace sales channels

Develop new business areas (bike rentals, corporate partnerships)

Organize brand-promoting events and offline activations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (retail chains, sports goods, premium retail)

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (20+ people)

Strong background in financial planning, sales, and marketing

Experience implementing IT systems (CRM, ERP, BI tools)

Excellent leadership and negotiation skills

Fluent English (written and spoken)
