To expand our business internationally, we are opening a wholesale store in Dubai (UAE) and planning the development of our chain within the MENA market. We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and results-driven Country Manager / Project Manager to oversee all facets of the company’s operations in the UAE, with relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Dubai Store Launch:

• Participation in the final stages of the store’s pre-launch preparations;
• Development and execution of a launch marketing strategy to attract initial customers;
• Formulation of the initial product assortment matrix, aligned with local market demands and in coordination with the head office.

Store Operational Management

Personnel Management

Management of product supply from Russia:

• Planning and organization of product shipments from Russia
• Optimization of logistics and warehousing costs.

Sales and Marketing Management

Financial Management:

• Monitoring of store financial performance (revenue, profit, expenses).
• Budgeting and budget execution control.
• Provision of financial reporting to the head office.

Liaison with the head office

Market and competitor analysis

Compliance with UAE legislation

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the wholesale food trade (e.g., Head of Department, Commercial Director) for a minimum of 4 years.
• Demonstrated experience in opening a store from the ground up (a strong advantage).
• Experience working with supplies from Russia (an advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of the food and wholesale trade markets.
• Excellent skills in personnel management, planning, organization, and business process control.
• Experience in high-level negotiation with suppliers and clients.
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting and management principles.
• Knowledge of trade-related legislation (knowledge of UAE legislation is preferred).
• Fluency in English (required).
• Knowledge of Arabic (an advantage).
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
