Senior Onboarding Specialist (private banking)

A small UAE-based financial advisory services company announces the opening of a Senior Onboarding Specialist role

Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance to clients regarding KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
• Collects and verifies clients’ documents as part of the KYC process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensures smooth onboarding of clients into corporate processes and systems.
• Addresses client queries and resolves issues related to the onboarding process.
• Maintains accurate records of onboarding activities and ensures timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi (relocation cost will be covered)
• 3+ years in customer onboarding in private banking (HNWI/UHNWI) is a must
• Excellent communication skills (both Russian and English)
• Customer orientation, high level of serviceability
• Strong emotional and verbal intelligence
• Multitsking and ability to manage changing priorities
• Emotional maturity and stress resistance
