We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Russian speaking Commercial Director (Electronics Trade)

Key Responsibilities:

•Strategic Leadership & Business Expansion
•Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy
•Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis
•Define and implement pricing strategies, revenue models, and sales targets.
•Sales & Revenue Growth.
•Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
•Drive negotiations and deal-making with key clients, partners, and suppliers.
•Optimize the sales pipeline, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
•Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize profitability.
•Partnerships & Supplier Management
•Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with electronics manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
•Oversee procurement and inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
•Negotiate favorable supplier contracts to improve profit margins and supply chain resilience.
•Team Leadership & Cross department Collaboration. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial and sales team.

•Work closely with marketing, finance, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Implement best practices in sales management, customer relations, and business development.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within the electronics trade industry.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth.
In-depth knowledge of sales, distribution channels, and business development strategies in the electronics sector.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with key stakeholders.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
