As part of our continued expansion, we are excited to announce a new role in our leadership team: Chief Operating Officer (COO). This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader with strong analytical and operational expertise who will work closely with our CEO to shape the future of our company.

What You’ll Do

The COO will lead and optimize operational functions, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities while driving long-term strategic growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing core operational functions: Operations, Finance, IT, B2B Sales, and Customer Service, and managing a team of 5-7 direct reports.

  • Managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Streamlining and optimizing processes to improve service quality and operational performance.

  • Monitoring financial performance, including P&L, and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

  • Collaborating with the accounting team to analyze key financial metrics and ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Identifying and resolving operational challenges with innovative solutions.

  • Executing company strategies, aligning departments toward shared goals.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can lead teams to success. Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a strong understanding of Operations, with additional expertise in Finance/Accounting or IT.

  • Ideally, has 3-4 years of experience in financial advisory/audit (Big 4 experience is a significant advantage), followed by a leadership role in-house, where you successfully built or optimized business processes.

  • Brings proven experience managing P&L and/or cross-functional teams.

  • Possesses exceptional analytical skills and excels in operational and financial analysis.

  • willing to relocate.

  • Is available for full-time, in-office work (remote work is not an option).

  • Is fluent in English.

  • Experience with IT processes or involvement in IT development projects.
